Kim Kardashian is engaged! Kim is on the cover of this week’s People, sharing the happy news that she and boyfriend Kris Humphries plan to marry. Kim, who started dating Kris last year, told the magazine of the May 18 proposal, “I didn’t expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”
The couple are fresh off a romantic Mexican beach getaway, where there was a Kim Kardashian bikini sighting when she strolled by the water with Kris. Her little sister, Khloe, got in on the happy news this morning by writing on her blog, “You have no idea how happy it makes me to be able to say this… Kim is engaged! The stone in Kim’s ring is a 20.5 karat diamond from Lorraine Schwartz. Congrats!
