Cheryl Cole and Ashley Are Divorced

Cheryl Cole has been granted a decree nisi and is now officially divorced from Ashley Cole.
At 10am this morning the couple were granted a quickie divorce by District Judge Christopher Simmonds at the High Court’s Family Division. Neither party was present at the hearing.
Cheryl filed for divorce in May, after announcing their separation in February. They split up after Ashley admitted taking naked pictures of himself which were then sent to a glamour model. It is thought that they are splitting everything 50/50, and Cheryl is expected to keep their two dogs.
